Hello again
my readers today im going to talk about my bad habits one of them is when i
have an exhausted day for example have a test, presentation or many things to
do I usually don’t eat because I don’t do the time for eat is a very bad habit
because at the end of the day I have energy for nothing I know its very bad
because my body really need food to stay strong and healthy when I arrive at
home I eat a lot of food to be a happy person again.
I have this
bad habit since I started high school when my time was not enough for all the
things I have to do I hope someday not be like this anymore because when I will
be older I won’t be an unhealthy people. The positive thing is I like healthy
food and I prefer to eat vegetables, fruits a food very rich in protein. I have
another bad habits but I prefer not to talk about it jojoj.
